Product Warranty Statement

Standard product warranty applies when we sell standard products:

• We provide a 10-Year warranty on standard roof window and flat roof skylight products from Keylite and Velux
• We provide a 3-Year warranty on solar blinds from Keylite and Velux
• We provide a 3-Year warranty on skylight operators and accessories including electrical and solar components
• We provide a 10-Year warranty on standard Natural Lighting Products skylights

On custom solutions, we provide a 7‑year warranty from the original date of purchase only.

During the warranty period, we will repair or replace (at our discretion) any part of the product that proves to be defective in materials or workmanship under normal use.

What is covered

• Manufacturing defects
• Faulty materials
• Failures occurring during normal domestic use

What is not covered

• Damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, or improper installation
• Normal wear and tear
• Consumable parts (e.g., batteries, filters, seals)
• Unauthorised repairs or modifications

How to make a claim

To make a warranty claim, please contact us with:

• Proof of purchase
• A description of the issue
• Photos or videos (if applicable)
• A callout may be scheduled by Natural Lighting Products to verify the warranty issue
